7. Describe symptoms and outcome (died, recovered, etc.).

1-61292373 - The reporter, a farmer, indicates use of a pesticide containing the active ingredients propiconazole and pydiflumetofen. An unknown number of days before the day of initial contact with the registrant, the reporter applied the product according to label directions to his wheat field that was not in flower. An unknown number of days later, a commercial honeybee operator with 20-30 hives located on the farm site an unknown distance adjacent to the treated field, indicated to the farmer that half of the bees had died. The farmer reported that honeybees were never observed in the field.
