Too many crops to list. The hive is located within an urban setting that is surrounded by agriculture comprised of a multitude of crops. The hive was only 3 months old and never received any treatments for any type of pest. The hive is now healthy.

7. Describe symptoms and outcome (died, recovered, etc.).
There were a total of 2 colonies in the bee yard including 1 nuc. There was 1 affected colony. There were an average of 20 frames of bees, 12-14 frames of brood, and 4-5 frames of pollen and honey. Bees were actively foraging when incident occurred and when questionnaire was being filled out. There were >2000 dead bees observed outside of each hive. No adult, queen and brood symptoms observed. The weather at the time of the incident was sunny. beekeeper believes forager's got into something was the cause of the incident. Bker contacted Inspector when he noticed higher then usual amount of dead bees. the hive is not healthy. Sample of dead bees taken had positive detects for imicloprid and acetamiprid.
