7. Describe symptoms and outcome (died, recovered, etc.).
Bee mortality was observed on unknown and was visited on unknown; a bee sample was collected on 2012-04-28. There were 28 hives in the bee yard, with 14 hives showing mortality. The estimated number of dead bees was average number of 100 bees per colony affected. The observed symptoms were dead bees looked perfectly normal, other than dead, still living bees were rolling on their back, losing control of their bodily functions, in front colony, some colonies there were a lot bees, no visible pollen, twitching. The state of the colony As of July 2, they are booming, they appear to recovered, no colonies are greatly behind. fall 2011 trt FA 5 applications, 1 oxalic; spring 2012 FA 3 during spring.
